Meditations and altered states of consciousness can serve as powerful healers. When we allow ourselves to drop into deep relaxation and work with intention – the possibilities are endless as to what we can achieve.
I personally used to use YouTube a lot for specific meditations – but found that many are missing as to what I actually needed. I therefore decided to collate some of what I would have found very useful.
